GARAGE DIMENSIONS – measures 6m wide x 6m deep x 2.4m high
GABLE ROOF – offers excellent water drainage, reducing the risk of leaks. Its pitched design provides extra headroom for storage or workspace.
DOUBLE LOCKABLE ROLLER DOORS – offer added security, wider access, and greater convenience for vehicles, storage, or workspace use. (2 -Clearance 2020mm H x 2860mm W)
CORRUGATED ROOF SHEETING – offers excellent durability and weather resistance, ideal for harsh Australian conditions. Its ribbed profile enhances strength while promoting efficient water runoff.
COMES WITH GUTTERS AND DROPPERS – have the flexibility to either channel rainwater from the roof into your water tanks or redirect it to a preferred location. This garage comes complete with gutters and droppers—just add your own PVC downpipe to guide the water wherever it suits you best.

ASSEMBLY – our garage kits are delivered as large steel flat-pack structures, ready for assembly on-site. Due to their size and complexity, installation typically requires more than one person, and in some cases, your local council may require the involvement of a licensed builder. We highly recommend hiring a qualified builder, especially if you’re unfamiliar or uncomfortable working with structures of this scale.
It’s essential to ensure your concrete slab or base is level and properly prepared before starting assembly. Full surface dimensions and requirements are outlined in the included plans and manuals for your convenience. If you have any questions or need support, feel free to contact us.
MANUALS & ENGINEERING – UBild Garage kits are custom-designed for each site, with our team preparing all required plans and documentation before production begins. Each kit includes the plans and certificates needed for local council approval, which you must submit yourself.
If approval is not granted, you’ll receive a refund minus a 10% engineering fee. This applies prior to production, and you’ll retain full ownership of the engineering documents for future use or modification.
Each garage has site-specific wind zone engineering. This means the design is tailored to suit the wind zone of your region, ensuring it’s safe and suitable for your specific site. Each order includes full engineering and site-specific documentation required for local council approval.
WIND ZONES – these garages are exclusive to Non-Cyclonic Regions QLD, NSW, ACT & VIC. They are engineered for Wind Zones A and B in Australia and are not suitable for cyclone-prone areas. To ensure you’re selecting the correct building for your location, please check your wind zone or speak with one of our garage advisors.
